Just 35 minutes from the historic center of Toulouse, this spacious, charming holiday cottage accommodates up to 10 people in a secluded setting, completely detached from neighboring properties. With a private pool, hot tub, enclosed garden, large, comfortable bedrooms, and a bright living room with a fireplace and a music area equipped with a piano: everything you need to share unforgettable moments with family, friends, or during a business trip to the south of Toulouse.

Located in the town of Montaut but just 1 km from the Market, Restaurants, and Shops in Saint-Sulpice-sur-Lèze—all within walking distance— this spacious holiday cottage has been designed for family gatherings and stays for several couples looking to enjoy a spacious, welcoming, and relaxing setting.
Upon arrival, you’ll appreciate its large, private, enclosed garden—ideal for kids and for relaxing in complete tranquility. On sunny days, the private Piscine (fenced, 8×4 m, 1.60 m deep, open depending on the weather) becomes the go-to gathering spot, while the hot tub promises moments of relaxation after a day of exploring.
