You'll love coming here as a family, for a weekend or a vacation, and taking advantage of its exceptional location overlooking the valley and the Luchon peaks. The panoramic mountain views from the garden or the large living room are unforgettable. The superbly restored barn features wood and stone, preserving the spirit of the place while adding comfort and modernity.

The property comprises the barn and the second home of the owner's brother. Each house is independent and has its own outdoor space (only the access gate is shared). Reserved roadside parking. Storage room for skis, bikes, etc. Loan of 2 sledges and 2 pairs of snowshoes. Pets not allowed.

Gîte on 2 levels, each accessible on one level:
On the upper floor are the living areas: entrance hall, separate toilet, superb, spacious living room with large bay windows overlooking the valley. The living room is home to several areas: the TV area, the fireplace with its wood-burning stove, and the play area (or teleworking area for the more studious!). The kitchen opens onto the dining area, which overlooks the mountains. A staircase (without ramp) leads to the lower level, also accessible from the street (courtyard). This floor is dedicated to sleeping quarters, with 6 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with 2 single beds 90cmx200cm) (3 bedrooms with 1 double bed 160cmx200cm) (1 bedroom with 1 double bed 160x190cm and a sleeping area), a bathroom with bath and shower, a shower room, a separate toilet and a laundry area under the stairs. Underfloor heating by heat pump. WIFI and wired Internet connection.
