Situated on the farm of the owners, who live on site, this Holiday cottage is independent, with its own access road, courtyard where you can park and private terrace. Shared garden with swimming pool (8x4m) secured by an alarm (occasionally used by the owners). Porch. Ideal location, 30km from Toulouse, 6km from the A61 freeway and 1.5km from the Canal du Midi and its cycle path. Bikes available on loan, subject to availability.
Jean-Michel and Sabine have chosen to renovate this building using local, environmentally-friendly materials. Ground floor: entrance, large living room, dining area separated from the kitchen by a bar. One bedroom (1 double bed, 140cm) and a shower room/WC, possibly accessible to people with reduced mobility, separate WC. Upstairs: staircase leads to a mezzanine relaxation area, 3 bedrooms (1 x 160cm double bed) (2 x 90cm single beds) (1 x 160cm double bed), shower room, WC. Underfloor heat pump central heating on ground floor + pellet stove in living room + radiators upstairs. Extra beds available on request. Pets not allowed, except in exceptional circumstances (please consult the owner).
