La Demeure de Vénasque

La Demeure de Vénasque, 5km from Luchon, is the perfect place to relax and stay healthy, and is a delight for young and old alike!

Set in the heart of the countryside, our group holiday cottages are approved by the French Ministry of Youth and Sports and the French Ministry of Education. We welcome Kids, teenagers and adults alike!

This large 650m² house is laid out on 3 levels: the first floor houses the professional kitchen, the large 60m² dining room and the living room (with fireplace), while the first and second floors distribute :
- 7 bedrooms with 3 x 80cm Bunk beds (sleeps 6)
- 2 bedrooms with 2 x 80cm bunk beds (sleeps 4)
- 1 bedroom with 1 x 140cm bed and 1 x 80cm bed (sleeps 3)
- 1 room with 4 Bunk beds 80cm (sleeps 8)
- 1 bedroom with 1 x 140 bed and 1 x 80 bunk beds (sleeps 4)
- 1 bedroom with a 140cm bed and private shower room
- A shower room with 4 showers and 2 double basins on the second floor
- 2 shower rooms with 2 showers and 2 basins each on the second floor
- WC

Barbecue area and brazier in the garden. Terrace at the foot of the Mountain, unfenced garden, outdoor games, 2 ping-pong tables, 2 petanque courts, parking. The Holiday cottage sits on 4 hectares of flat land, on the edge of the D125, which runs alongside the River Pique and leads to the Superbagnères ski resort.
