Situated between Toulouse and Montauban, this recently built house is an ideal base for exploring the heart of the Fronton vineyards and discovering the region's cultural and natural heritage!
The gîte adjoins a house with a rental, and the private garden is partly enclosed (passage through the courtyard to access the year-round rental). The owners live nearby and will be happy to tell you about places to visit (wine châteaux, open-air markets...) and good addresses (local produce, crafts...). You'll be able to go for walks or mountain bike rides in the vineyards from the gîte! This bright house is ideal for vacations in the Occitanie region or for business stays. Parties and soirées are not permitted.

You enter into a large living room with lounge, study, dining area and fitted kitchen. A corridor leads to 2 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed (140cm) for 2 people, and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm). A shower room and separate toilet. Garage with washing machine. Electric heating, reversible air conditioning in the living room and hallway. Wifi Internet access, TV with Canal+ subscription. Outside, you'll have access to a private terrace with garden furniture and portable barbecue, a private garden and a parking area (property enclosed by a fence and automatic gate). Pets not allowed.
