The interior is lined with wood and stone for a cosy feel, with fireplaces to warm your winter evenings and several living areas for a pleasant place to live. Beautiful views over the valley from the large bay windows. Adjoining the owners' home. Possibility of modulating sleeping arrangements and renting the 2 units separately. Nearby hiking trails and ski resorts. Second gîte for 15 people 500m away, with the possibility of meals for 30 in the large living room. Terrace and small garden.

Second floor via 2 staircases: 2 bedrooms and 1 attic dormitory (2 single beds 90cm each). Electric heating.
