Come and discover this large Holiday cottage housed in a farmhouse, in the heart of a small Pyrenean village, close to the spa town of Luchon: it's the ideal place for a stay with family or friends! The interior is lined with wood and stone for a cosy feel, with fireplaces to warm your winter evenings and several living areas for a pleasant place to live. Beautiful views over the valley from the large bay windows. Adjoining the owners' home. Possibility of modulating sleeping arrangements and renting the 2 units separately. Hiking trails and ski resorts nearby. A second Holiday cottage for 15 people is 500m away, and meals for 30 can be served in the large living room. Terrace and small garden.

Upstairs (steep staircase): attic dormitory (1 single 90cm bed). La Tiège: first floor: large living room (fireplace + wood-burning stove) with kitchenette, WC. Second floor: living room (pellet stove), fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 140cm) (2 single beds 90cm) with en-suite shower rooms/WC, shower room/WC. Second floor via 2 staircases: 2 bedrooms and 1 attic dormitory (2 single beds 90cm each). Electric heating.

RATES 2026 for 15 people: excluding school vacations: weekend €573, week €903 - spring and autumn vacations: €1002 per week - summer vacations: €1406 per week - winter vacations: €1569 and Christmas and New Year vacations: €2120 per week.
