Sorèze pine for the parquet flooring in the bedrooms, stone and exposed beams on the first floor. Marie-Célie, the owner, opened this Holiday cottage in the former miller's house of the now-defunct 4 Montbel mills, after 4 long years of renovation. With a passion for local produce, she offers a comfortable family stay in a quiet residential area.
The advantage of being so close to the village is that everything here is within walking distance: shops, restaurants, the Lake, etc. Holiday cottage Les Echaunes owes its name to the old neighborhood where Marie-Célie's parents lived, a family originally from the Drôme. The composition of the photos will make you want to discover this wonderful Lauragais region: Toulouse, 30km away, its Place du Capitole; the gastronomy of the South-West; Caraman, its Swimming Lake and its Market. The names of the rooms have also been carefully chosen: "Violettes de Toulouse", "Cocagne", "Souleilla" and "Canal du Midi" (Pierre-Paul Riquet's exceptional creation, linking the Atlantic to the Mediterranean), which is 20km from the Holiday cottage. Revel-Lac-Saint-Ferréol is 23km away: Grand Site Occitanie, Swimming Lake and Cité d'Art; and Carcassonne is 78km away.

Holiday cottage on 2 levels with 300m2 unfenced garden, ample parking:
- First floor: entrance - separate toilet - fitted kitchen - living/dining room.

- Chambre "Souleilla" (1 double bed 160X200cm and 2 single beds 90X190cm, on a mezzanine floor, attention steep and narrow staircase to be reserved for independent kids and agile adults)
- Room "Canal du Midi" (1 double bed 140X190cm) with private bathroom and WC.
- Chambre "Violettes de Toulouse" (2 single beds 90X190cm, one of which can be installed on request).
- Cocagne" room (1 double bed 160X200cm). Shower room, separate WC shared by the 2 bedrooms.
Reversible air-conditioning in each room. Outdoor games: molky, badminton etc... Please note: the facade is currently being renovated.
