In the heart of the Countryside, in a lovingly renovated former farmhouse, the Holiday cottage "En Magnet" welcomes you for a peaceful stay, between fields and woods, a stone's throw from Toulouse (25 km) and just 5 km from all amenities.
Located on the edge of the small village of Le Castéra, this independent Holiday cottage enjoys a peaceful setting, ideal for relaxing with the family, or for business trips. You'll appreciate its private exterior: a large courtyard, a grassy area under a large walnut tree for siestas in the shade, a covered terrace for your outdoor meals, and a barbecue available to enjoy the mild summer evenings.
Little extras: easy parking under a shed, 2 bikes available for exploring the surrounding area, outdoor games for young and old (table tennis). Pets not allowed.
Horse riders welcome: enclosed meadow, horse boarding (€15/day - consult owner), hay available (€6/bale).

Several signposted Hiking trails start from the Holiday cottage. Nearby, numerous activities await you: Piscine, Golf and horse-riding center 6 km away, Lake de l'Isle-Jourdain (9 km) for fishing and water sports. The Holiday cottage is arranged over 2 levels. Ground floor: entrance, separate kitchen with dining area (wood-burning stove), living room with dining and sitting areas and staircase to first floor, 2 bedrooms (2 single beds 90x200cm) (1 double bed 160x200cm with shower and washbasin), bathroom with bath, shower, double washbasin and laundry area (washing machine and tumble dryer), separate WC. 2nd floor: library and reading/office area on mezzanine, 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140x200cm), shower room/WC. Heating and air-conditioning by ducted heat pump. Wifi Internet connection.
