On the road to the Pyrenees, you'll find yourself 2km from the village of Bérat (shops, restaurants and La Biérataise beer brewery), 6km from the Savères Fishing Lake, 10km from the ViaGarona hiking trail (route de Saint-Jacques-de-Compostelle), the Carbone WakePark spring (aquatic activities), Lac de la Bure, Lac de Sabatouse and the Tépacap adventure park, 17km from one of France's most beautiful villages, Rieux-Volvestre, and 20km from Muret (train station, Aqualudia, Cinema and Horizon Pyrénées seminar room).

Enjoy the shared Piscine, located in the heart of the property, and outdoor games (ping-pong, boulodrome, badminton). Half-enclosed lawned grounds, paved terrace, small veranda, private parking area. On-site mini-farm with small animals and the donkeys Anémone and Peluche. This Holiday cottage is adjoining the owners' house, but has its own independent access. There is a second Holiday cottage on the same property.
