With or without a car, you can reach Toulouse quickly and easily from this pleasant, bright Holiday cottage with garden! You'll be close to all amenities and activities for your family or business stay: the Sunday market is at the end of the street, the Calicéo center (swimming pool, spa, massages...) is 2.7km away, Lake Saint-Caprais (Hiking, Fishing) is 2km away, the Montrabe horse-riding center and golf course are 7km away. You're also on the road to the Tarn department (Gaillac 54km and Albi 74km). Air-conditioned, single-storey Holiday cottage (in a cul-de-sac, in a quiet neighborhood), accessible after a walk: entrance hall, living room with kitchenette, dining area and sitting room, 2 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds 90*190cm, which can be twinned into 2 double beds 180*190cm, shower room (shower and basin) and separate toilet. Enclosed grounds with parking (shared with the other Holiday cottage) for one car, and garden with terrace. Baby bed available on request. WITHOUT A CAR: 200m walk from the L9 bus stop at the Union shopping center (restaurants, supermarkets, etc.), which takes you to the Borderouge Metro station in 10 minutes, putting you 15 minutes from the historic center of Toulouse.

    Concon et fonctionnel

    Excellent séjour !
    Très serviables. L’appartement était tout équipé : frigo, congélateur, grille pain, mixeur, four …

    Grand espace de vie et fonctionnel. Proche d’un arrêt de bus c’était parfait.
    On a pu profiter des à côté de Toulouse avec les parcs et lac à côté, le petit marché le dimanche pour couronner le tout. On a vraiment passé un séjour agréable que je ne peux que recommander.

    Location gîte L Union

    Gîte récent très bien décoré et très bien équipé - accueil très agréable et efficace par Michèle - Bel espace de vie - literie très confortable - à proximité de toutes les commodités - belle terrasse avec petit jardin et place de stationnement. Si je devais faire une remarque, un aspirateur qui manque de puissance, c.est tout ! Nous reviendrons lors de notre prochain séjour sur Toulouse.
