At Gîte de Lucat, everything has been thought out and designed to ensure you have an extraordinary vacation where boredom is a forbidden word!

You'll be able to lounge by the Piscine, organize a pétanque tournament (including table soccer and ping-pong), relax in the TV lounge...
You'll also be on a 33-hectare farm, still cultivated by the family (former caterers), and you'll have access to 5 hectares of Forest for strolling. Colette's father bought this typical 19th-century farmhouse in 1957.
Just 42km south of the historic center of Toulouse, you'll be close to many activities and visits: 10mns drive from Nailloux (freeway exit, brand village, Swimming Lake) and Auterive (shops, Cinema, Market, Museums, Ariège river, canoeing, accrobranches park), 15km from the Canal du Midi (Unesco World Heritage, bike, barge and walking tours), 53km from Foix (Ariège department) and 80km from Carcassonne (Aude department).

Holiday cottage on 2 levels:
- First floor: entrance, "Tomette" bedroom (180cm double bed, private bathroom: shower with hydro-massage jets), separate toilet, living room: dining room (for 30 people seated) and semi-professional kitchen, separate toilet.
- Upstairs, library area (sofa bed for 2, kids' games and books), "Green" bedroom (180cm double bed, 2 90cm bunk beds and 1 baby bed, private shower room), "Blue" bedroom (180cm double bed, private shower room), WC. On this level, a huge gaming room takes place with a gigantic flat-screen TV, a mini bar/coffee bar, an American billiard table, a card table, a WII game console, a table soccer, a record player, a karaoke machine, a Bluetooth speaker, a guitar...as well as 2 bedrooms, "Pierre" and "Saumon": 160cm bed and shared shower room, separate WC.
TV in each room and shower gel/shampoo in bathrooms. WIFI Internet access (40 devices can connect, ideal for Telework).
