This large house, with its 5 bedrooms, is the ideal setting for a family vacation in the countryside, or for hosting professionals. It has retained its authenticity, with antique furniture, embroidered sheets and old-fashioned earthenware, but offers modern comforts and facilities. Adjoining the home of the owner's sister and a year-round rental, the Holiday cottage de Lauriol is nonetheless totally independent, and benefits from a terrace not overlooked (barnum, large garden furniture, electric plancha) and an unenclosed garden planted with trees and flowers. Pets allowed. Bicycle storage available.

Only 2km from Cazères (all shops and services), you can enjoy the swimming pool, the nautical center, the Garonne cycle path or Hiking on the Via Garona.

Ground floor: entrance, kitchen with dining area, large living room (dining room and sitting room with fireplace), bedroom-office with direct access to the terrace (BZ for 2 people 140cm with en-suite shower room/WC (washing machine)), separate WC with washbasin on the hallway.
Two staircases lead upstairs. The main staircase leads to Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2, each with 1 x 140cm double bed + 1 x 90cm single bed, and a bathroom. Bedroom 3 (1 bed for 2, 140cm) communicates with Bedroom 2 (adjoining rooms), but can also be accessed via a secondary staircase to be independent. Bedroom 4 is a small 1-person room (1 x 120cm bed) at the top of the secondary staircase, which must be crossed to access Bedroom 3.
