Surrounded by 10 hectares of land, it's also the ideal place to stay for vacations in the Toulouse region. Nearby (10km): Fronton's Vignobles et Découvertes region and the Calicéo wellness center.
To reach the gîte without a car from Toulouse (journey time approx. 50 min.): take metro line B towards Borderouge (stop "Trois Cocus"), then bus line 61 towards Montberon (stop "Roche").
Cosy little gîte :
- Outside: private terrace and parking.
- First floor: living room (140x190cm sofa bed) and kitchenette (3 induction hobs). Shower room/WC.
- First floor: mezzanine (1 double bed 160*200cm).
Electric heating. Non-smoking accommodation.
The house is divided into 4 parts: a year-round rental and the owners' private part, adjoining the gîte; 4 guest rooms complete this old farmhouse. The swimming pool is shared with the B&B guests and the owners. Private parking in front of the gîte.
