With its breathtaking view of the Pyrenees, Holiday cottage de la Garenne is a large, detached family home, ideal for a rejuvenating vacation combining nature, comfort and conviviality.

Located at the crossroads of an area rich in discoveries, it offers direct access to the Via Garona (in front of the door) and is just 1 km from the Garonne cycle path and the greenway to Saint-Girons. Nearby attractions include Salies-du-Salat with Thermal baths, Casino and Golf (10 km), the earthenware town of Martres-Tolosane (8 km), the Prehistory Museum at Aurignac (10 km), Bonnefont Abbey (6 km), the Lake at Cazères (15 km) and Balnéa at Loudenvielle (95 km).

The Holiday cottage has private enclosed grounds with a gravelled courtyard, terrace adjoining the kitchen and summer kitchen under a lean-to equipped with garden furniture, barbecue in an old wood-burning stove, refrigerator and water point. Pets allowed.
A lovely enclosed swimming pool area with a 5m x 3m pool secured by a sliding wooden deck, sunbathing area and outdoor shower, plus table soccer, invite you to relax.
Arranged on two levels, the house offers large open spaces on the first floor with kitchen, dining room and living room (fireplace) in a row, a bedroom accessible to people with reduced mobility with a 160cm double bed and private shower room/WC, storeroom, separate WC.
Upstairs: Sun room (2-person 160cm bed, sofa bed), Kids room (2 single 90cm Bunk beds), Balcony room (2-person 160cm bed, access to covered gallery), shower room, separate WC. Wifi Internet connection.

Central heating with pellet-fired boiler and Solar heating for hot water reflect the ecological and responsible approach of Henri and Maryse, who have renovated this home with the dual aim of preserving the environment and ensuring accessibility for all.
