You’ll be just 300 meters from all amenities (Restaurants, supermarkets, Market, Cinema…), 2 km from the Cazères Nautical Base (tubing, water skiing, canoeing, pedal boats…), 6 km from Martres-Tolosane (the pottery capital of southwestern France), 12 km from Rieux-Volvestre (one of the most scenic detours in France), and 50 minutes from Toulouse. 

The Framboisine holiday cottage, clad in wood, is located on the upper floor of a former farm outbuilding, adjoining the owner’s home. It has a separate entrance via a small path, followed by an outdoor staircase and a charming little garden. The interior features modern and charming decor. Public parking is available on the street. 

Upstairs: living area with a kitchenette, dining area, and sitting area. 1 bedroom (1 double bed, 140 cm) with its own bathroom/toilet. Ground floor: storage room (for bikes, etc.).
Gas heating. Option for an extra bed for 2 people in the living room (€8/night/additional person).
Ceiling fan, portable fan, air cooler, and window screens. Roller shutters for sleeping in total darkness.

NO CAR: Toulouse–Tarbes train line, Cazères stop, 10-minute walk to the holiday cottage (total travel time: 50 minutes).
