On the Sarlaboux family's farm (cereals), this beautiful brick and pebble shed also accommodates 4 other gîtes and a large common room. This studio benefits from a swimming pool, a SPA and a pétanque court in the shade of the trees, shared with the other gîtes.

A stone's throw from the Toulouse metropolis and close to many points of tourist interest: 8km from the Toulouse Exhibition Center (MEET), 12km from Toulouse-Blagnac airport and the Aéroscopia museum, 8km from the Bouconne forest (hikes , bike, etc.) and the Seilh golf course, 6km from the Château de Merville (boxwood maze), 3km from Aussonne (shops and restaurants), 11km from Granada and its listed market hall (one of the most beautiful markets in France! ), 21km from the Animaparc leisure and adventure park, 23km from the Lake Isle-Jourdain leisure center (water skiing and wake-boarding), 25km from the Château de Laréole (visits, exhibitions and summer activities ) and only 1 hour by car from Montauban and Auch.

The Bohème studio for 2 people (26m²), on one level, is accessible to people with reduced mobility. It is equipped with a kitchenette (2 electric hotplates, a Dolce Gusto coffee maker and a table top refrigerator), a dining area (1 table and 4 chairs), a bed for 2 people of 160*200cm, and 'a bathroom (walk-in shower, sink and WC). Reversible air conditioning, wifi Internet access. Unenclosed outdoor space, barbecue and picnic tables shared with the 2 other studios.

A kitchen and the large common room are accessible in the same building to prepare and eat your meals if you wish; these spaces are in cohabitation with the 2 other gîtes-studios, located on the first floor. A games/relaxation room on the mezzanine above the large room is also accessible to the 3 gîtes (small billiards table).
The common room can be used for small seminars of 50 people or family reunions. Parking at the entrance to the property.
