Just 10 minutes from the Saint-Ferréol Base de loisirs and in the heart of the Toulouse–Carcassonne–Albi tourist triangle, you’ll enjoy an ideal location for exploring the treasures of Occitanie: the Cité de Carcassonne, the Canal du Midi, Toulouse, the “Pink City,” Albi and its Episcopal City, not to mention the many hiking trails of the Lauragais, the Cammazes, and Lake Lampy.

Combining the “Les Fées” and “L’Eau d’Ô” holiday cottages, this spacious and comfortable complex offers a total of 6 bedrooms and sleeps 15. It’s ideal for family reunions, cousin gatherings, birthdays, get-togethers with friends, or multigenerational stays. The layout of the two holiday cottages allows everyone to enjoy their privacy while sharing convivial moments together.

Set in a lush, flower-filled, and peaceful setting, you’ll enjoy the large private Piscine and its pool house, new shaded terraces, as well as numerous naturally shaded and landscaped areas—particularly appreciated during the hot summer months.

A particularly cozy, standalone wooden Chalet rounds out the estate’s facilities and can host workshops, training sessions, and professional events.
