Just 10 minutes from the Saint-Ferréol Base de loisirs and in the heart of the Toulouse–Carcassonne–Albi tourist triangle, you’ll enjoy an ideal location for exploring the treasures of Occitanie: the Cité de Carcassonne, the Canal du Midi, Toulouse, the “Pink City,” Albi and its famous cathedral, not to mention the many hiking trails, Lake Lampy, Les Cammazes, and the unspoiled landscapes of the Lauragais.

This comfortable holiday cottage welcomes you to a lush, flower-filled, and peaceful setting, perfect for rest and relaxation. You’ll enjoy a private Piscine, a pool house, a new north-facing wooden deck—particularly appreciated during the hot summer days—as well as numerous naturally shaded and landscaped areas to fully enjoy the sunny days.

“Ô de Rose” bedroom: 1 king-size bed.
“Ô de Bleuet” bedroom: 1 king-size bed.
Shared bathroom and toilet.

All king-size beds can be converted into two single beds to accommodate the size of your group.

Outside: fenced-in property and parking area, private terrace, barbecue, patio furniture, hammock, sun loungers, board games, and plenty of spaces perfect for relaxation.

The L’Eau d’Ô holiday cottage is attached to the Les Fées holiday cottage, which is itself attached to the owners’ home. However, each has its own entrance, terrace, and separate living areas. Together, the two holiday cottages offer a total capacity of 6 bedrooms and 15 beds under the name “Les Fées de l’Ô.”

During your stay, the owners may need to maintain the pools, feed the estate’s animals, and tend to the grounds. They will do so with the utmost discretion to ensure your peace and quiet.
