You will fall in love with this large house located in the middle of vineyards and grain fields! It will be the ideal place for your reunion of large families or groups of friends. It has been recently renovated with a very careful decoration combining modernity and old-fashioned! In each room of the house, you will find an element or a piece of furniture telling the history of this house and you will admire the tapestries with nature as a common thread. In the summer, you can enjoy the large park with its private swimming pool (3x10m with shutter), for relaxation: table tennis, table football and a gym with numerous machines for weight training.


In the Fronton vineyard, many hiking trails at 3km and some in the vineyards, the Buzet forest at 13km, Toulouse at 25km, for the children, a horse riding centre at 5km, fishing is possible in the lake of the property at 100m.


Gite fitted in the house of the domain (near the farm buildings for equipment).
On the ground floor: entrance in a corridor, a living room equipped with a large TV, connected loudspeaker, a dining room with a large table for family meals, a fully equipped kitchen, a storeroom with washing machine, dryer, refrigerator with freezer, a bathroom with Italian shower, a separate toilet with washbasin, a bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200cm) which can be twinned, the gym-relaxation room (mats, exercise bicycles, body-building equipment, table football). On the first floor: a large hallway leading to the 6 bedrooms, four of which (2 single beds 90x200cm which can be twinned), one of which has an integrated shower room and another with a bathroom with bathtub and integrated toilet, the fifth (1 double bed 160x200cm) with its own shower room, the sixth (2 single beds 90x200cm which can be twinned and 1 single bed 90x200cm for a child) with its own integrated shower room, two independent toilets with washbasins, and a shower room which is accessible via the hallway.


SEMINARS: possibility of organizing seminars for 15 people in the dining room.
