Superb Toulouse farmhouse in beautiful pink bricks, built on the land where the vines grew which the family looked after for years...This family territory has remained a producer of a rare terroir in the region...Organic lambs raised a few metres from the gîte by the owner's daughter. The gîte is located in part of the owners' house, and you will quickly fall under the charm of its interior, with its exposed bricks and sober decoration. In summer, as well as in winter by the stove, you will spend a unique holiday, and you will be able to take advantage of numerous visits, in the middle of the vineyards, such as those of the Château de la Colombière, 7km away, and that of the Château Caze, 10km away (Saveurs et Senteurs festival in August). The Fronton Wine Museum is 10km away, the beach at Villemur-sur-Tarn (swimming, canoe hire, stand-up paddle...) is 14km away and the forest at Buzet-sur-Tarn is 16km away (golf and walking). The accommodation is very close to the Tarn-et-Garonne department: Montauban is 27km away, Moissac is 46km away and Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val (Aveyron Gorges) is 48km away. The Place du Capitole in Toulouse is 25km away. All amenities (restaurants, supermarkets, cinema...) are in Bouloc at 3km.
Gîte of 87m2 on one level: entrance, living room with a kitchen (fridge-freezer, combined microwave oven, 4 gas rings, coffee machine), a dining area and a living room (sofas, armchairs, coffee table, board games, books and TV), 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 140*190cm) (3 single beds 90*190cm), shower room (shower cubicle and washbasin) and a separate WC. Central heating and wood stove. Parking space at the end of a rutted and bumpy road. Private garden furniture, barbecue and sun loungers in a garden area dedicated to holidaymakers.
The price includes all charges and options except wood if used for more than 3 consecutive days (price per stere).
