A beautiful contemporary house in direct contact with nature, surrounded by trees, ideal for family gatherings or friends.
"Dans les arbres" is a vacation home that invites you to relax, to get together, to recharge your batteries, to contemplate nature, to enjoy the surrounding countryside! Just 20 kms from Toulouse's Place du Capitole, 15 kms from the Canal du Midi, 32 kms from Revel (typical market under the market hall), 36 kms from the Lac de Saint-Ferréol... Lanta is ideally placed to discover all the riches of the Pays Lauragais... Let yourself be seduced!
Situated at the bottom of a field and next to a small wood, the gîte is completely surrounded by nature, without being isolated (last house at the end of a pleasant little street, village center within walking distance).
- First floor: entrance, "Eté Indien" family room (2 twin 80cm single beds + 2 bunk 90cm single beds) with private bathroom/WC, living room: open-plan kitchen and lounge/library area with wood-burning stove (screen and video projector: connected TV - Netflix, Canal +... programs). Children's play and reading area under the staircase. Separate toilet with washbasin.
- Upstairs: 4 bedrooms with seasonal color schemes and decorations, two with 2 twin 80cm single beds and the other two with 2 twin 90cm single beds. Each of the 4 bedrooms has its own en-suite shower room/WC.
The accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Closed garage for motorcycles. Unenclosed private garden and terraces to the rear of the house. Unheated 3x9m outdoor swimming pool (secured by a tarpaulin). Nordic bath for 8/10 people.

Il a également pensé à tous les aspects techniques et esthétiques qui permettent au gîte d'être confortable et si agréable !Cloé,Chef de projet en communication, événementiel et auteure jeunesse, apporte sa créativité et ses idées pour faire vivre le gîte au quotidien et y développer des séjours et événements originaux et conviviaux !à bientôt Dans les Arbres !

Oksana Beautiful and relaxing house
We had a wonderful one week stay at Les Arbres with family and friends (5 adults and 4 kids). The house is stunning and really well set up for relaxing inside and outside. The location is beautiful and peaceful. It’s a short walk to Lanta village which has a grocery store, patisserie and a few shops. Also some nice walks around too. We did a few days trips to Toulouse, Carcassonne, Space Museum and also found some special local restaurants (a short drive away). And also really enjoyed just relaxing by the pool as the kids were happy splashing about.
Cloe and Olivier were great hosts - thank you for a wonderful stay! We’d love to come back :)

Cet hébergement fait partie des meilleurs réservations que nous avons eu.

Décoré avec soin et beaucoup de goût.
Propre et confortable.
Matériel de qualité.
Vue incroyable.
Toute notre famille et nos invités étaient conquis.
Tout est fait pour se sentir bien et passer un excellent séjour.
Livret interactif avec toutes les explications liées au logement.
Larges et nombreuses places de parking.
Petit + pour le bain nordique chauffées au bois qui est venu sublimer notre séjour.
