"Dans les arbres" is a holiday home that invites you to relax, to get together, a house that invites you to recharge your batteries, to contemplate nature, to enjoy the surrounding countryside! Only 20 kms from the Place du Capitole in Toulouse, 15 kms from the Canal du Midi, 32 kms from Revel (typical market under the market hall), 36 kms from the lake of Saint-Ferréol..., Lanta is a village ideally placed to discover all the treasures of the Pays Lauragais... Let yourself be seduced!


Located at the bottom of a field and next to a small wood, the gîte is entirely turned towards nature without being isolated (last house at the end of a small pleasant street, village centre accessible on foot). You can park in the car park at the top of the hill or drive down the slope and park in front of the gîte. A closed garage allows you to park your motorbikes. Unenclosed private garden and terraces at the back of the house (for summer meals, resting, naps, aperitifs...) and an unheated outdoor swimming pool of 3x9m reserved for guests of the gîte (secured by a tarpaulin).
Recharging station for electric vehicles (invoiced according to consumption). Animals not allowed.


On the ground floor: the entrance leads to a family room "Eté Indien" (2 single beds 80cm twin + 2 single beds 90cm bunk) with private bathroom/WC, the living room with its open kitchen, its large convivial table and a lounge/library area with screen and video projector (connected TV - Netflix programmes, Canal +...), large bay window with view on the forest, direct access to the terrace. Play area and reading corner for the little ones under the stairs. Separate toilet with hand basin. On the first floor: 4 bedrooms with different colours and decorations according to the season, two of them with 2 single beds (80cm) and the other two with 2 single beds (90cm). Each of the 4 bedrooms has its own private shower room/WC and is connected to the bedroom. Heating and air-conditioning by air/air heat pump. Wifi internet connection.

The house is available as a "gîte" throughout the year and themed stays can be arranged as well as activities for groups, catering services, bike hire...


The price includes all charges: water, subscriptions, electricity (8,5€/day i.e. 45kWh - if exceeded: 0.174€/kWh), heating, air conditioning, sheets, towels, household linen (tea towels, potholders), cleaning at the end of your stay.


MOTORCYCLE RECEPTION: closed garage against the gîte (very steep access road).
ELECTRIC VEHICLE RECHARGE STATION: private parking available to customers near a Green Up. Please note: the price does not include the consumption linked to the recharging of electric vehicles: 10€/charge.
