Quietly located in the Lalande district to the north of Toulouse, you can get there by car (easy access via the ring road, exit 12) or by Public transport, bus or Metro (line B, La Vache station). Free street parking. Pets not allowed. For leisure activities, you can walk or cycle along the banks of the Canal de Garonne, visit Lake Sesquières (4km) and its water sports activities based around the two Wampark ski lifts, stroll around the Argoulets sports and leisure center (5.5km), relax at the Calicéo aquatic fitness center at l'Union (7.5km) or watch a Stade Toulousain rugby match (5km)! We also recommend a visit to Toulouse and cruises on the Garonne and Canal de Brienne, an original way to discover the City Rose... The 85 m2 apartment is on the first floor of the owners' house, and offers the perfect setting for relaxing, with its large 20m² covered terrace and large living room. It is accessed via the interior staircase shared with the Bed and breakfast rooms. It comprises an entrance hall, a 50m² living room with a 2-person sofa bed, a fully-equipped kitchen and a dining area opening onto the covered terrace, a bedroom suite with a 2-person 160cm bed, a large dressing room and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. A 2nd bedroom with a 2-person 160cm bed is also available. Separate toilet. Wifi or wired internet access. Reversible air-conditioning and window screens. WITHOUT A CAR: from Toulouse train station: 12 min walk to Metro line B (stop "Jeanne d'Arc") - take bus n°29 direction "Fonbeauzard Mermoz" and get off at "Collège Rosa Parks" - 7 min walk to the Holiday cottage (total journey time: 37 min).
