This small Bungalow, located in the hamlet of Les Bruzes, 3km from the center of the commune of Miremont, is ideally placed to welcome families on vacation or workers looking for accommodation in the region. Just 5km from Auterive and Le Vernet, shops and services are within easy reach. Toulouse is just 30km away.
Numerous possibilities for visits and activities are available within a 30km radius: equestrian center 1km away, fishing in the Ariège 2km away, Hiking trails 3km away, free street festival in Miremont 3km away (3rd week of July), cinema and Friday morning market in Auterive 5km away (world music festival September 14 and 15, 2024), cabaret in Le Vernet 7km away, Aqualudia swimming pool and Saturday morning market in Muret 20km away... The house is surrounded by a private enclosed garden planted with trees and turf. The owners live in the house next door, but the Holiday cottage is completely independent and has its own gate from the street. Parking for 2 cars is available in the courtyard. A terrace occupies part of the front of the house, so you can enjoy the outdoors, relax and eat outside in fine weather (garden furniture, parasol, barbecue, hammock and deckchairs). Rest assured. Pets not allowed.

The Bungalow is laid out on one level: living room opening onto the kitchen, 3 bedrooms (1 double bed 140x190cm) (1 twin bed 140x190cm) (1 single bed 90x190cm), bathroom with Italian shower (grab rails and retractable shower seat), WC with washbasin. Electric heating and air conditioning in living room. Wifi Internet connection. Non-smoking Holiday cottage.
Check-in deadline: 8pm in winter and 10pm in summer.
