A charming holiday cottage. Located in the heart of the village of Régades, overlooking the town square, this renovated historic home awaits you for a stay full of charm and comfort. From here, you can explore the surrounding area and the nearby Pyrenees. Located less than an hour from Toulouse (113 km), the holiday cottage is very close to Saint-Gaudens (shops, Restaurants, Cinema, 3 km away) and just a stone’s throw from Spain (40 km); as well as Montréjeau (18 km, Swimming area, Golf course) and Saint-Bertrand-de-Comminges (one of France’s favorite villages, located 20 km away).
Ground floor: kitchen, living room, summer dining area, bathroom/toilet accessible via the garage. Upstairs: lounge area, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160cm + 1 single bed 120cm) (1 double bed 160cm + 1 single bed 90cm on the mezzanine bed), bathroom, toilet. Gallery, large gaming room. Dans un souci de conserver une habitation en milieu rural, j'ai décidé de faire un gîte pour valoriser un patrimoine familial tout en conservant son architecture et son caractère local pour faire partager à mes hôtes une région touristique pleine de charme. J'attache une importance particulière au confort et à la décoration qui est une de mes véritables passions pour accueillir et faire découvrir ce petit village situé au pied des Pyrénées. J'espère offrir aux vacanciers un havre de paix tout en parcourant la campagne, la nature, ballades en forêt, le calme, le repos, la nature, un lieu de ressources et bien d'autres choses que l'on a parfois oublié.

FC Charming holiday home
I was here with colleagues for a short business stay - the place is really pretty, tastefully furnished and comfortable, there is also a large outdoor space on the first floor. It is located in the village centre, it is easy to park around and it is very quiet.
