You'll be ideally placed 6km from Bagnères-de-Luchon: Ski, Thermal baths, canyoning, rafting, gliding, paragliding and Golf; the Neste d'Oô river is 400m downstream from the gîte for Fishing and Hiking at Lake d'Oô is 8km away. Spain is 15 minutes away.

Holiday cottage on 3 levels with 4 bedrooms and 7 beds:
- first floor: living room with kitchen, dining room and sitting room.
- second floor: 3 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed (140x190cm), bathroom with walk-in shower, basin and toilet.
- second floor (access from the street to unload your belongings): Kids' dormitory with 3 single beds (90x190cm). Mezzanine with 1 additional bed for 2 people (140*190cm).
Garden with garden furniture, barbecue, plancha and deckchairs. Terrace at rear of Holiday cottage with garden furniture and deckchairs. Public parking in front of Holiday cottage. Bikes can be stored in the small barn. Loan of 2 snowshoes.
