You’ll be ideally located just 6 km from Bagnères-de-Luchon: skiing, thermal baths, canyoning, rafting, gliding, paragliding, and Golf; The Neste d’Oô River is just 400 meters below the cottage for fishing, and the hiking trail to Lake d’Oô is 8 km away. Spain is only 15 minutes away.

The holiday cottage is spread over 3 levels with 4 bedrooms and 7 beds:
- on the ground floor: a living area with a kitchen, dining room, and living room.
- on the first floor: 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed (140x190 cm), a bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet.
- Second floor (access from the street for unloading your belongings): Kids’ dormitory with 3 single beds (90x190 cm). Mezzanine with 1 additional double bed (140x190 cm).
Garden with patio furniture, barbecue, griddle, and lounge chairs. Terrace at the back of the holiday cottage with patio furniture and lounge chairs. Public parking in front of the holiday cottage. Bicycle storage available in the small barn. Two pairs of snowshoes and a sled available for loan.
