This renovated former barn, attached to the owners’ home, is located in the small village of Benque-Dessous in the Oueil Valley (Cross-country skiing, hiking, Port de Balès), and invites you to enjoy the pleasures of a Mountain getaway (The holiday cottage is closed from November through the end of February). Fully fenced private property of 660 m² with a garage, terrace, and pétanque court. Pet welcome.
Bagnères-de-Luchon (skiing, thermal baths, restaurants, shops, Cinema, rock climbing, Lake, Golf, Horseback Riding), Lake Oô (hiking, canyoning), the Antignac activity center (rafting, canoeing), the Peyragudes ski resort, and Spain are all less than a 15-minute drive away.
In the basement: laundry area. On the ground floor (access via three outdoor steps): living room (2 TVs) opening onto the terrace, kitchenette, separate living room, 3 bedrooms (1 double bed, 140 cm) (1 double bed, 140 cm) (1 double bed, 140 cm), bathroom, toilet. Electric heating. Dryer.

Séjour inoubliable Séjour du 10 au 17 mai Bernard et Odile
Nous sommes enchantés de notre séjour en Haute-Garonne. Le gîte est super et le terrain clos idéal pour notre chien. Rien à redire et nous soulignons également la gentillesse des propriétaires ainsi que leurs délicates attentions.
Nous sommes ravis et nous reviendrons l'année prochaine. La proximité avec Bagnères de Luchon est appréciable ainsi que les randonnées qui sont toutes proches.
