Just outside the village of Le Fousseret, this traditional 19th-century regional house welcomes you with its beautiful red brick façade.
The house is a true haven of peace, with a terrace adjoining the kitchen, a barbecue/plancha area in the shade of the fig tree, an inflatable jacuzzi surrounded by bamboo, deckchairs for admiring the panorama of the Pyrenees and the surrounding Forest, a boulodrome, games and leisure activities for all (swing for Kids, table tennis, exercise bikes, table soccer). Enclosed garden, unprotected pond, parking area.

The house is a 10-minute walk from the center of Le Fousseret, a charming Comminges bastide with all essential shops (supermarket, bakery, butcher's, Pharmacy...).
Nearby tourist attractions: Cazères 10km (remarkable market, nautical base for wakeboarding and swimming, shops and restaurants), Village Gaulois 12km, Martres-Tolosane 13km (Cité des Métiers d'Arts, earthenware capital...), Rieux-Volvestre 16km (most beautiful detour in France) and the Mourtis resort 1 hour away.

Inside, the 2-level layout is spacious and functional:
- First floor: dining room where breakfast is served (on the terrace in fine weather), living room and separate toilet.
- The first floor is dedicated to relaxation, with a small TV corner in the hallway:
4-person rooms with 2 beds 140*190cm, shower room/WC in a small locked corridor.
6-person family room comprising 3 bedrooms: the first with 1 bed 140*190cm, 1 bed 90*190cm and 1 baby bed, the second with 2 beds 90*190cm and the third with 1 bed 120*190cm. Shower room/WC (the same for all 6 people) in a small locked corridor. Of course, if you rent this family room for 1, 2 or 3 people, the other 2 will be empty.
