The 6-person Terra Cotta Ecogîte Chaumarty in Gaillac-Toulza is located 45km south of Toulouse.

Ideally located at the center of several of Occitanie's Grands Sites: in Haute-Garonne, less than 45km from Toulouse, 24km from the brand village of Nailloux, 13km from the Ariège river and Cintegabelle; 11km from Saverdun in Ariège, 19km from the art village of Carla-Bayle, 31km from the Mas d'Azil cave and 48km from Foix castle!

An idyllic site, a magnificent view overlooking a Countryside landscape, with the Pyrenees as a backdrop! There's no better way to describe this little paradise, a secret ecological cocoon. This Ecogîte will also seduce you with its warm atmosphere and ecological character. The soft colors and natural materials give this house a special charm.

First floor: living room and kitchen, sitting room (library, fireplace). Second floor: 1 bed (160x200cm), shower room/WC. Half floor: bedroom ideal for Kids (2 beds 80x200cm). 2nd floor: bedroom (2 twin beds 90x200cm, shower room/WC). Wifi access. Outside covered terrace. Shared laundry, table soccer in the Piscine enclosure.

Heating is included in your rental from early October to early May. Heating periods may fluctuate according to the weather.
The Piscine is guaranteed from mid-May to the end of September. During this period, it may be closed for treatment, technical or climatic reasons. In the event of favorable weather and in the absence of technical problems, the opening period may be brought forward to early May and wintering postponed until mid-October.
Dimensions of communal outdoor unheated Piscine: 9x5m, depth 1.50m in adult bathing area). Unenclosed communal garden. Pets allowed (maximum one per rental, flea treatment, calm, sociable dogs under 20kg). A second Holiday cottage in the hamlet sleeps 9. There is also an adjoining year-round rental.
