Only 20 minutes from Blagnac, 1 hour from Auch and Montauban, come and discover this beautiful contemporary house in the town of Léguevin and enjoy its proximity to the Toulouse region. After your days of visits, a wellness and fitness area is at your disposal (on reservation and with an extra charge of 20€ for 2 persons/ session): 5-seater spa, 4-seater sauna, electric bike, elliptical bike, rowing machine... Parking area. Baby equipment on request. The exterior (lawn and flowers) will be landscaped this autumn.

Several leisure activities in Léguevin: a small lake and garden at the entrance to the village with the possibility of fishing, a reception house for the GR hikes to Santiago de Compostela, 500m from the GR hike house going to the Forêt de Bouconne. A cinema, the Tempo, with shows also in the village. At 10mn from l'Isle-Jourdain, a large lake with the possibility of doing nautical activities in summer and fishing.

Independent entrance for the guest room on the ground floor: 1 double bed (160cm), desk, TV, bathroom (bath, shower and double basin), independent WC.

Possibility of renting for 4 people in a family room with an additional room (1 double bed in 160cm) for 110€/night for 4 people.

Breakfast is served in the owners' living room or on the covered terrace in fine weather. A small fridge is available.
