The Holiday cottage is set in a contemporary villa facing south towards the mountains, in a quiet, residential neighborhood. The 700m² exterior features a grassy garden planted with fruit trees, a courtyard and a covered carport.
The house has been designed to maximize light and views of the Pyrenees in all rooms, and to facilitate access to the garden and upstairs terrace via large bay windows.
- Ground floor: the night-time part of the house comprises an entrance hall (cupboard/wardrobe), a laundry room with washing-machine dryer, shoe storage, etc., 3 bedrooms opening onto the garden (1 double bed 140x190cm) (1 double bed 140x190cm) (2 bunk beds of 2 beds 90x200cm each), a shower room and a separate toilet.
- Upstairs: a straight staircase leads to the large, spacious living room (exposed beams). A central fireplace opens onto the open-plan kitchen and dining area on one side, and the living room on the other. Bedroom (1 double bed 160x200cm), dressing room, shower room, separate WC.
- A spiral staircase leads up to the mezzanine, which has been converted into a TV room.
