Toulouse house located in the heart of the Fronton vineyard and halfway between Montauban and Toulouse (30km, as well as the Animaparc children's park in the Burgaud commune). Adjacent to a year-round rental and the home of the owners' daughter, 3km from the village (bus to Toulouse, Château de Villaudric to visit). Numerous walks in the vicinity. The Maison des Vins de Fronton is 5km away, the swimming beach (stand-up paddle and canoe hire possible) is 9km away, the remarkable market under the halls of Grenade-sur-Garonne (Canal de Garonne, Toulouse-Bordeaux by bike) is 15km away. The Forest of Buzet-sur-Garonne and Montech in the Tarn-et-Garonne department are 30mns drive away.

The price includes: electricity up to 8kWh/day, water, subscriptions, household linen (tea towels, potholders...)


The price does not include: electricity according to consumption beyond 8kWh/day: 0.096€/kWh, heating: pellets for the stove (10€ the bag/24h approximately), sheets: 10€/bed/change, bathroom linen: 5€/person/change, and end of stay cleaning: 70€.
