Located in the small village of Cazeaux-de-Larboust, between the resorts of Peyragudes (slopes visible from the solarium) and Bagnères-de-Luchon, this Holiday cottage is perfect for hosting family and friends gatherings in the mountains, summer and winter alike.

All outdoor activities are possible within a 20km radius: Hiking from the Holiday cottage, Skiing, snowshoeing, dog sledding 5km away, Fishing... Luchon is only 8km away, and offers a full range of shops and services, including Thermal baths, a beautiful aqualudic area, a swimming pool, a golf course, a lake and an equestrian center. The Pyrénées Hô adventure park is 23km away (accrobranche, climbing...) and Spain is 26km away. Kids' playground, Tennis court and pétanque nearby. Fiber-optic Internet access.

The Holiday cottage is housed in a typical Pyrenean farmhouse: access to the cobbled courtyard is via a porch (parking for 2 cars possible in front of the porch). The courtyard is surrounded by 3 U-shaped buildings:
- the stone house, dating from 1856, where the Holiday cottage's sleeping quarters are located. First floor: large entrance hall with checkroom and bookcase, storeroom (washing machine), WC with washbasin. 1st floor: 3 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed (160x200cm). One bedroom has its own private shower room/WC. Large shared shower room/WC. 2nd floor with sloping ceilings: 2 bedrooms (2 beds 90x200cm) (3 beds 90x200cm, study), shower room/WC.
- a barn converted into a dayroom/kitchen: accessible from the house by a few steps, the barn houses the dayroom and its stove (integrated kitchen, large table for group meals, comfortable lounge, games area, reading area, music area (stereo)). A covered balcony extends
- and the other barn opposite houses the covered terrace and solarium above. Water point in an outbuilding.
A low wall separates the 4th side of the courtyard from a meadow below (clothesline).
