The spacious kitchen and dining room overlook the park. The Holiday cottage is located close to the owner's parents' home, 500m from the Condom harbour office (on the Baïse river), on the edge of the D930. Private parking for your car is available at the rear of the house.
Entrance hall, living/dining room, kitchen (terrace access), shower room, wc boiler room, 'Victoria' bedroom (1 bed 160x200), bedroom (2 twin beds 90x190). Upstairs: 4 bedrooms each with en-suite shower room and wc: 'Diamant' (2 twin beds 90x200), 'Emeraude' (2 twin beds 90x200), 'Saphir' (2 twin beds 90x200), 'Rubis' (2 twin beds 90x200).

Olivier Maison trés agréable
lieu très agréable, chambres avec SDB et WC individuel . Attention route bruyante et surtout au prix annoncé il faut rajouter si période froide 40 € de chauffage par jour, électricité si dépassement.

Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié le lieu et le confort du gîte.
Comme mentionné dans l’annonce et précisé dans le contrat, le chauffage est en supplément durant la période froide, à hauteur de 40 € par jour. De plus, l’électricité est facturée si la consommation dépasse 8 kWh par jour, ce qui est également indiqué dans le contrat. Nous faisons en sorte d’être clairs sur ces points pour éviter toute surprise.
En ce qui concerne la route, effectivement, le gîte se trouve au cœur de la ville de Condom, un emplacement idéal pour explorer la région. Cependant, il peut y avoir un peu de passage et donc un peu de bruit, surtout aux heures de pointe.
Nous serions ravis de vous accueillir à nouveau. -
