First floor: Enjoy a vast, fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, opening onto a bright living room and welcoming lounge. A billiard room adds a playful space to this convivial atmosphere. The first floor also includes a toilet and a practical laundry room for your convenience.

First floor:
3 double bedrooms, all with 140 cm beds, each with its own private shower room or bathroom and WC.
1 dormitory room for up to 5 people, with 3 single beds (90 cm) and 1 double bed (140 cm), ideal for groups or families.
1 double room with a 140 cm bed, and a shared bathroom with the dormitory.
1 single room with round bed, with its own walk-in shower and private toilet, perfect for a romantic getaway.
A separate toilet is also available on this floor.
