Located in the heart of the Gers Lomagne region, this Holiday cottage is housed in an old farmhouse that has been completely renovated. You'll enjoy a calm and pleasant environment thanks to a 4-hectare fenced park with trees and flowers and a Lake. You can also relax in the Piscine while the little ones enjoy the playground. Close to the owners' home, you'll receive a discreet, personalized welcome.
Living room with wood-burning stove and reversible air-conditioning, open-plan kitchen, small lounge with sofa bed and TV, bedroom 1 with 1 x 160cm bed, bedroom 2 with 2 x 90cm beds, shower room, separate toilet, terrace and private garden. You'll also have access to the property's shared Piscine (9x4m - depth: 80 to 150 cm - secured by fence and cover) (salt treatment). Baby Equipment available.
