A totally renovated studio for a comfortable stay!
This cosy nest for 2 or 3 people is attached to the owners' house, but has its own entrance, terrace and garden on a total plot of 1500m². For animal lovers, there are chickens, ducks, rabbits, geese and two cats.
The studio has been renovated and brought up to date. Just 5km from Marciac (shops, restaurants, Lake, Museums, ....), it's the perfect base for a stay during Jazz in Marciac, or all year round to explore the Gers and the Hautes-Pyrénées, just a few kilometers away. This studio is offered on an all-inclusive basis, with optional end-of-stay cleaning (€40).
Entrance from private terrace, fully-equipped kitchenette, dining area, shower room/wc, living and sleeping area with sofa bed, TV, 1 double bed (140cm), dressing room.

Guihéneuf Accueil très agréable. Bavardages avec les propriétaires les sorties possibles , sur la vie et les habitudes dans le Gers. Petites attentions : boisson à l 'arrivée , et cadeaux du genre produits de la maison .
