In the heart of the City of Eauze, on a small street, you'll be staying in this large 125m² house (ground floor + first floor) with 3 double bedrooms. Simply leave your car in the parking lot (not far from the house) and enjoy all the advantages of being in the City (shops, bakery, pizzeria, museums, cathedral, etc.). Its location in the City also makes it easy to explore the surrounding villages. The owners will give you a warm welcome: large entrance hall, TV lounge on the right, dining room and open kitchen on the left. Behind the kitchen, a storeroom with washing machine and cleaning utensils, a separate toilet and an exit to the street. Upstairs are three attractive bedrooms, two with double beds (140cm) and one with a double bed (160cm), all with storage space, one of which also has a washbasin.
