This beautiful, recently-renovated Gascon house is surrounded by parkland with a private Piscine (11x5 - depth: 1.5 - secured by an alarm) where you can enjoy the view over the Countryside. Ping-pong, badminton and pétanque will delight young and old alike. A terrace is accessible from the dining room for meals and aperitifs with family and friends. Inside, a library and board games will help you make the most of your vacation.
Situated on a 41-hectare farm, you have direct access to a Hiking trail to discover the riches of the Countryside. Take to the roads of the Gers and visit the Bastides and Castelnaux, dance to the rhythm of jazz at the Marciac festival or country music in Mirande! Taste local produce direct from the producers. Relax, stroll, discover... the Gers way of life!


On the first floor, a large hallway leads to a TV room, a gaming room, a separate toilet, a large kitchen opening onto the dining room with direct access to the terrace overlooking the Piscine. Upstairs, 4 bedrooms with sloping ceilings: each with either 2 twin 80cm beds or 1 160cm bed, a shower room with toilet.
