Just a stone’s throw from the village of Loubersan, the holiday cottage is located only 15 minutes from Auch, where you’ll find all the amenities you need (shops, Markets, Restaurants, etc.). It’s a central location for exploring the best the Gers has to offer, from its cultural heritage and cuisine to its wide-open spaces. Fishing enthusiasts will enjoy direct access to the Lake’s shores (with a fishing license).
In an idyllic setting, enjoy a sunny terrace overlooking the Lake, where al fresco breakfasts and dinners become magical moments. The light-filled interior combines charm and modernity with a spacious living-dining room, featuring a wood-burning stove for cozy winter evenings.
A few steps up lead to a fully equipped kitchen where you can enjoy preparing your meals. The hallway leads to a bathroom with a toilet and a separate bedroom, featuring a French door opening onto the shared courtyard, which is discreetly shared with others.
For your utmost comfort, bed linens, bath towels, heating, and end-of-stay cleaning are included. The owners, who live on-site, will be discreet yet available to offer advice and ensure your stay is unforgettable.
