Our Holiday cottage is located on the edge of the Gers near Fourcès, Condom and Lectoure.

In the heart of the Countryside, just a few minutes from Montréal-du-Gers, discover this completely renovated Holiday cottage, combining modern comfort, meticulous decoration and a warm atmosphere. Ideal for a quiet vacation in the Gers, this Holiday cottage is perfect for a stay with family or friends, or for a nature weekend in Occitanie. The Holiday cottage is composed of several levels offering pleasant and functional living spaces. The entrance is on an intermediate level. On the first floor, you'll find a bright living room with a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, and a separate toilet. This convivial space gives direct access to the private terrace, ideal for outdoor dining and relaxing in the Countryside. The living room, tastefully decorated in a modern, cosy style, features a wood-burning stove, particularly appreciated in mid-season for sharing an evening around a board game or enjoying a moment of reading by the fire.

Upstairs, the sleeping area comprises: a bedroom with 2 90 cm beds, a bedroom with 1 160 cm bed, and a modern shower room with WC. Outside, part of the garden is private for holidaymakers, but you can still enjoy all the outdoors if you wish. The peaceful, green setting invites you to relax and enjoy a vacation in nature. For your convenience, a charging station for electric cars is available on site (extra charge), please contact us for rates. The Holiday cottage is adjoining the owners' home, who are discreetly present but always available.
