In the heart of the village of Monlaur-Bernet, close to a hiking trail leading straight to the Saint-Roch chapel, the highest point in the Gers, you'll be staying in a large family home with a 4700m² fully enclosed green space where young and old alike can have fun (ping pong, pétanque, badminton, swings). Completely rebuilt in 2008 by the owners, the house has a strong family feel and is a perfect place for a simple reunion. You'll enjoy a magnificent view of the Pyrenees (1 hour from the Ski resorts), and 40 minutes from Marciac.
Entrance into the living room, lounge/dining room, separate kitchen, separate toilet and en-suite shower room. A small sitting room accessible by two steps, with board games and an extra bed. Upstairs, 6 bedrooms, all with double beds (140cm), a Kids' bedroom with 3 single beds (90cm) (2 extra beds possible), separate wc, bathroom with shower and bath. Outside, a 4700m² park planted with trees and fully enclosed. Covered terrace with barbecue and garden furniture.
End-of-stay cleaning required: to be paid on booking or on site.
In addition: heating package (fuel oil), wood heating extra (35 euros per week or 20 euros per 3 days).
