Nestled in quiet, leafy surroundings, a stone's throw from the Auch Forest and close to the Golf course, it's the ideal base for exploring the riches of the Gers.

The property is home to three adjoining Holiday cottages decorated in a warm, contemporary style. The owners live on site in the main house, while taking care to preserve the peace and privacy of their guests. Designed to offer maximum comfort to all travelers, this Holiday cottage has been fitted out to welcome people with reduced mobility. Although the first floor is not certified, it has been designed to be as accessible as possible for wheelchair users. The bedroom, shower room and circulation areas on the main level are thus more comfortable to use. On the other hand, the first floor is not wheelchair-accessible, and the kitchen has not been specifically adapted for wheelchair users. The first floor comprises a pleasant living room with a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room. There's also a bedroom with two 100 x 200 cm beds that can be twinned to form a double bed, and a shower room with WC. Upstairs, a large family room with a 200 x 200 cm bed and two 100 x 200 cm beds offers ample capacity and is ideal for families or friends.

Outside, a private terrace is ideal for sharing convivial moments and enjoying the peace and quiet of the Countryside. This Holiday cottage is an ideal base for discovering Auch, the capital of Gascony, renowned for its rich historical and cultural heritage. From Sainte-Marie Cathedral, a UNESCO World Heritage site, to the emblematic monumental staircase, the ancient streets of the city center and the local markets, every visit is an invitation to escape. Nature lovers will also appreciate the many Hiking trails, while gourmets can discover Gers specialties and the Gascon art of living. Two other Holiday cottages are also available for rent. It is therefore possible to book all three accommodations together, for a total of up to 14 people. This configuration is ideal for family reunions, stays with friends or small groups wishing to enjoy the same site while retaining their independence.
