This 145m² family home has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 people (extra sleeping space on the mezzanine). It is located on the outskirts of the village of Saint-Ost, in a large, fully enclosed garden (electric gate and wicket door) with a dovecote at the entrance.
You'll enjoy the private Piscine (9.50m x 4m - depth 1.40m, secured by a roller shutter) and sunbathing areas, as well as a gym with a bike, a bench, an elliptical and a mat.
Pets are only allowed outside, and there's a kennel right next to the pond.

The kitchen opens onto the living room and has access to a covered terrace with barbecue and plancha. A utility room (washing machine, tumble dryer, freezer) is accessible by three steps. The 3 bedrooms are all on one level and each has a double bed (140cm). The bathroom has a corner bath and a walk-in shower, and there is a separate toilet.
