The Holiday cottage is equipped with modern comforts combining old-world charm with contemporary decor. The bedroom on the 2nd floor offers a cosy atmosphere, with its rounded stone walls, wooden framework and two windows opening onto the Countryside. Its location in AUCH gives easy access to the Gers' major tourist sites, with their rich heritage (villages, bastides, castles, Gallo-Roman villas, museums, etc.), gourmet restaurants, hiking trails and numerous local events. 1 hour from Toulouse and Toulouse Blagnac international airport, this Holiday cottage is easily accessible. A Shopping center is less than 3 minutes away. Holiday cottage 2-4 pers. 3 levels served by an original stone staircase (each level is open onto the staircase): - Ground floor: Kitchen/dining area (1 table, 4 chairs, storage units) with all cooking and preparation equipment, including fridge with freezer compartment, mini oven, microwave, food processor, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, extractor hood, pressure cooker....) and crockery in quantity for service, linen and tablecloths, radio + washing machine. Two access doors: one to the south and one to the north - 1st floor: 6 m2 living room with flat-screen TV and DVD player (sofa bed 140, vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron, etc.), mini library, shower room/wc with hairdryer, lamps + 2 . - 2nd floor: 1 beautiful bedroom (1 bed 140 x 190, wardrobe, table, 2 armchairs, mirror, storage chest, etc.), two windows, fan. Outside: wooded park with garden furniture, table, chairs, deckchairs, parasols, barbecue, pétanque. Reduced rates for stays of several weeks.

Optional: End-of-stay cleaning + rental of sheets 1 bed + towels for 2 people = €60 all-inclusive

For all additional bookings, to be paid on site or at time of booking.

Sheet rental per stay for one bed: 15€,

supply of towels per person (1 glove, 1 standard towel and 1 bath sheet): 5€.

End-of-stay cleaning: 40€.

Pets: limited to one medium-sized or two small ones, and you bring all their equipment (bowls, bedding).

In addition: Electric heating if consumption exceeds the fixed price.

Fresh drinks on arrival + welcome basket + coffee pods (EXPRESSO) + tea/tea bags.
