A holiday cottage housed in a former watermill, located along the Route des Bastides et des Castelnaux, 5 km from Barran.
Nestled on the banks of the Baïse River, across from a Gallo-Roman bridge, this 94 m² holiday cottage (ground floor + upper level) enjoys a quiet and authentic rural setting (on a farm), near the owners’ home.
The living room with a fireplace (firewood not provided—please bring your own) opens onto a kitchenette and a cozy living area, complemented by a half-bath and a pantry. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms (2 single beds, 2 double beds) and a bathroom with toilet offer all the comforts for 6 people. At the back of the holiday cottage, a wooded and fenced-in outdoor area (400 m²) is perfect for relaxing; while the front of the holiday cottage is not fenced. Shed.
Baby bed available upon request.
An ideal spot for a nature-filled getaway by the water, combining Gascon heritage with family relaxation.
