Welcome to Gîte Mayens, the epitome of a Countryside vacation cottage. Nestled in the Gers region, this authentic farmhouse will win you over at first sight: exposed stonework, half-timbering, old floor tiles and generous volumes make up a warm interior where it's good to live together. The owners, who have lived here as a family for many years, have chosen to move into a small detached house on the estate - discreet and available, they ensure your comfort without encroaching on your privacy. Their animals - a horse, geese, chickens, a dog and a cat - liven up the park and will delight young and old alike.

Here, time slows down. The private ecological wooden Piscine (10×4 m, salt-treated and UV-lit, secured by a fence) invites you to relax in total serenity. The house is heated by a pellet stove and the hot water is produced by solar panels: an eco-responsible approach fully embraced by the owners. The GR65 runs alongside the estate, taking you on foot to the charming village of Miradoux and its grocery store. On the first floor, a beautiful entrance hall opens onto a large living room with wood-burning stove and TV, then onto a dining room with fireplace opening onto the kitchen. A shower room and separate toilet complete this living space. A piano corner leads to the gaming room, equipped with table soccer, billiards, board games and all you need to enjoy the garden: pétanque, Mölkky, badminton. One bedroom on the first floor (1 bed 180×200 and 1 bed 90×200) has its own shower room with WC. Upstairs, four bedrooms sleep up to ten people, with beds in 160×200, 140×200, 200×200, 90×200 and two Bunk beds in 90. Three of these rooms have private washbasins. They share a bathroom with a massaging bathtub, shower and separate toilet. The two south-facing rooms are air-conditioned. A laundry room is also available upstairs, with washing machine, tumble dryer, clotheshorse, iron and ironing board, bath and changing mat. Outside, two terraces and a play area for Kids. End-of-stay cleaning is compulsory, payable to the owner on arrival. Optional: bathroom linen: €5/per. Free use of wood.
