Just a few minutes from the center of Marciac, famous for its international jazz festival, and 5 minutes from the Lake, it's an ideal base for exploring the region.

The Holiday cottage has independent access and a private terrace where you can enjoy your meals or simply relax in front of a magnificent panorama, worthy of a real painting. The Piscine, to be shared with the owners, will also enable you to make the most of fine weather.

On the first floor, you'll find a convivial, functional kitchen opening onto the living room, as well as a shower room and separate toilet. Upstairs, a charming attic bedroom awaits you in a cocooning atmosphere. To access the sleeping area, you'll have to climb over the house's roof structure (see photo), an atypical detail that contributes to the unique character of the place.

The Holiday cottage is attached to the owners' house, who are present but very discreet, and always available if needed. For moments of relaxation, a petanque court is at your disposal.
