At the entrance to the charming, picturesque village of Gazaupouy, the owners open the doors to their beautiful 1610 Gascon stone house, comprising the owners' living quarters and 2 Holiday cottages.
The Holiday cottage Marle Bout (access by a step, 110 m2 on the first floor) combines old materials and all modern comforts to ensure you a peaceful stay or weekend, and offers a private terrace of 24m2 and a lovely view over the park. You'll enjoy the communal fenced swimming pool (13X7m- depth: 2.3m) on a 1.6ha property surrounded by wonderful Countryside scenery and set in a peaceful green space planted with trees.
Kitchen/dining room, living room, shower room with separate toilet, 2 bedrooms (2 beds 90, 1 bed 140). Shared washing machine and tumble dryer.

5/5Excellent accueil, propriétaires attentifs et désireux de convivialité entre les résidents des deux gîtes sans pour autant être intrusifs. Gîte de caractère très agréable spacieux, très bien équipé. Jardin arboré, vaste avec magnifique vue, fréquenté par les oiseaux. Piscine. Les petits moins : la douche en creux, le lit un peu trop court pour les grands !
